Our headliner for this year’s Country in the Park is a great follow on Instagram. Not only does he post a ton of beach and surfing pictures (hey, it’s good to be Billy) but also an occasional video, like this one, of him singing a Kenny Rogers classic with a man only identified by Billy as “Foxy”–but who, upon a little further research, apparently owns a popular bar in the Virgin Islands. I’m not sure who’s having more fun, Billy or Foxy. You decide. (By the way, tickets to CITP are going fast–get them via our website or pay cash at Dimple records and waive the service charge!)
