California Signs Law Where Your Uber and Lyft Driver Are Allowed to Have A Little Bit of Alcohol

I’m not sure why this is so surprising to me, but your Uber and Lyft drivers are allowed to have a certain amount of alcohol in their blood in order to drive you. Even though they are limited to a %.04 BAC, that still seems odd to me that California would allow them to have ANY alcohol in their bloodstream. However it went into effect on July 1st that they are not allowed to have a BAC of over %.04, which is the same for commercial truck drivers.
