It seems like every interview Carrie Underwood does always asks the same question. Are you going to have more kids? Carrie is mom to son Isaiah who is three right now. In the past, she had said she wasn’t in a rush. And she’s been battling rumors of being pregnant with twins for like a year now.

But, in a recent interview with Redbook, Carrie Underwood said was asked if she wanted to have a big family. Her response? “I’m 35, so we may have missed our chance to have a big family.” Fans took to social media to assure Carrie that 35 was not too old to have another kid. However, the Fishers aren’t actually ruling out more kids. In fact, they are very open to adoption.

“We always talk about adoption and about doing it when our child or children are a little older,” Carrie said. So, maybe Carrie won’t give birth to another child. Or, maybe she will. Time will tell. And honestly, it’s her decision (along with Mike of course) and she will do what’s right for her family. As far as I know, 35 is a little riskier to have a kid, but it happens often and it can be safe. I don’t think she can bust out like, five more kids though, which is probably why she hinted that she was too old for a big family. Unless she really did have those twins.
