Jim Anderson just picked up the keys to this penthouse suite at the top of the Sawyer hotel, and purchased it for $4.1 million. Jim, a 69-year-old construction products industry retiree, and his wife are hoping to take full advantage of basketball games, all the new downtown restaurants, and the amazing view that comes with his condo.
