Drooling in your sleep is certainly a little embarrassing, but it’s actually a good thing!

According to My Fit Magazine, drooling is a sign of good rest and positive dreams. Drool indicates an uninterrupted REM (rapid eye movement) phase of sleep. Conversely, absence of drool could also be a sign of insufficient rest during sleep.

Many people suffer from bad sleep habits. It’s actually quite common for people to have an interrupted REM cycle. So consider yourself lucky if you drool!
