Coyote Wandering Around El Dorado And Placer With Jar On Head Is Finally Freed [Photos]

After nearly two weeks of wandering around El Dorado and Placer counties with a plastic jar on her head, a young coyote is finally free!

The situation was first reported to authorities on Jan. 26, according to the Sacramento Bee.

Of course it’s pretty much impossible to eat with a jar on your head. But, people reported seeing her put her whole head underwater.

Rescue efforts were successful on Monday night. Luis Escobar was able to grab the young coyote by her tail and neck and get her into a crate. Then, she was transported to Cool Animal Hospital.

So happy that there were people willing and able to help this lil’ bebe.
