An Arizona man was driving down the road when he a snake popped out from under the hood and started slithering up his windshield. Layrd Mahler immediately turned on his wipers to try to knock the snake off his car. What happened? The snake went right back inside the hood. Abc.com says that’s when Layrd pulled over to the side of the freeway and got the heck out of the car. Then he had a debate with himself: “Do I get back in the car? I don’t know if it’s going to go through the vent system, because they can do that, or do I man up and go home?” Layrd got back in the car and went home. (for the record I’d have ubered home). And what happened to the snake? Layrd still hasn’t checked under the hood. In fact he may have sold the car by now! Here’s the moment when Layrd got his first look at the snake:
