Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany, are selling their 120-acre estate for the low, low asking price of $7.8 million. Located in rural, upscale community of Columbia, Tennessee, the castle-like mansion covers an area of 8,900 square-feet. Aldean and his wife have decided to sell this property, in favor of building their own forever-home for their growing family.
According to Taste of Country, this country castle, complete with a stone and wood beam exterior and semi-circular turret in the front of the house, boasts 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Additionally, the home includes its own bowling alley, wine cellar, wet bar and other premium features. As for the grounds, a creek runs through the property that also includes a barn and horse stalls in addition to a fully built-in grill area.
Aldean originally purchased the property in 2016, for the $5.6 million asking price at the time. Since then, however, he and his wife, Brittany have welcomed their son as well as announced that their second child is on the way. With this exciting news of the new addition to their family, the couple announced last month that they wished to build their own dream home to accommodate their expanding family and have the space for their children to laugh and play.
