The singer teamed with Minto Communities to for the 55-and-older crowd in Daytona Beach, Florida. It’ll have 6,900 homes and have a relaxing tropical vibe with a pool and cabanas in the town square. There will also be an onsite fitness center, indoor lap pool and spa and the outdoor resort-style pool. And, of course, expect ample food, drinks, and music.

William Bullock, a senior vice president with Minto, also teased to The Daytona Beach News-Journal:

“You never know when or where Jimmy Buffett may show up to do a concert.”

The community is expected to open by fall 2018. The price will range from the low $200,000s to the mid $300,000s.
