Keith Urban‘s home in Nashville has hit the housing market!

According to Taste of Country, the 5,000 square foot home is much more modest than one might expect a country superstar to own.

However, the listing is still a whopping $3.45 million. Judging by the interior, you can definitely see why!

The four bedroom house includes four full baths, a three car garage, a gym, an office, and recreation rooms. On top of all that, there’s even a guest house and barn on the property too.

While it may not quite sound very modest when explained like that, Urban still has a different mansion in Nashville he owns with wife Nicole Kidman. They also own a condo in Manhattan and a spread in Beverly Hills.
