Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans are busy juggling newly married life with touring. However, spending more time with Keith Urban allows Kelsea to learn about relationship management.
Of course, it helps that Kelsea and Morgan support one another’s careers. She told Elite Daily:
“Find someone that lifts you up in that… I feel like, especially with a woman who wants to have a big career, I think it’s important to find a man that wants her to have that career just as much as she wants it. It was for me in my other relationships. That’s one thing that I love about Morgan is he wants me to be busy. He wants me to be fulfilled by my work as well as my relationship.”

Kelsea said that she learned from Keith and Nicole Kidman never to go too long without seeing Morgan:
“We have a two-week rule. We’ve only broken it once. We learned it from Keith and Nicole; they have it. I just think as much as we are in this phase of our careers where it’s like, building the foundation and it’s really important to be busy and to be doing as much as we can, obviously our relationship comes first. We’re learning to be able to say no to things if we need to, to get to each other. Instead of going home, I’ll fly to him or vice versa. But this is definitely the year of putting in the effort.”
