The famous tattoo artist who does work on NBA stars including LeBron James, Tristan Thompson and Danny Green is suing 2K Games Inc., the company behind NBA2k18 video game, claiming they used his art without permission.

James Hayden, the man behind the suit, claims he’s been tattooing LeBron for years and owns copyright to his famous “Gloria” tattoo as well as his “Lion Design” and LJ’s shoulder stars.

According to TMZ, Hayden is suing for a portion of the NBA2K franchise profits from NBA2k16-18 since LeBron’s character and tattoos were in such high detail. He didn’t specify a number, however.

A similar suit happened when “The Hangover 2” was released. Mike Tyson’s tattoo artist sued the film company for not getting his permission to feature the design in the movie.

The two eventually settled out of court.
