Luke Bryan Shooting For No. 1 On Billboard 200

Industry forecasters predict Bryan will hit No. 1 for ‘What Makes You Country.’

Luke Bryan’s What Makes You Country, which released on Dec. 9, is expected to hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 next week.

If it tops the chart, it will be Bryan’s fourth time hitting the top of the 200 and only the fourth country album to make it to the No. 1 this year, reports Billboard. The other country chart toppers being Kenny Chesney‘s Live in No Shoes Nation, Shania Twain‘s Now and Thomas Rhett‘s Life Change.

The Billboard 200 ranks the most popular albums of the week. The week that will reveal whether or not Bryan hits No.1 will be announced on Dec. 17.
