Mike Myers Confirms that Austin Powers 4 Is in the Works, But There’s A Major Change

Mike Myers, who plays both Powers and his nemesis, Doctor Evil, said it’s “looking good” that we’ll be seeing an Austin Powers 4 sooner rather than later, but the format might be different from what we’re used to. He was talking to Entertainment Tonight and said that he will be playing both characters, but the plot might focus less on Austin Powers and more on Dr. Evil. I envision it being kind of like the movie Despicable Me, where the evil one actually turns good, but that’s only my guess.
