New Netflix Movie By “Black Panther” Writer Is Being Filmed In Stockton This Week

Black Panther co-writer Joe Robert Cole is currently shooting a movie for Netflix in Stockton. It’s called “All Day and a Night” and for the past two days, they’ve been shooting in a closed women’s prison in Stockton. In fact, they were looking for extras so it might be worth it to call or stop by if you have the day off!

The movie will follow Jah during a long prison stretch for murder, hence the prison setting. No word on when the film will be available to stream, but it just started filming last month. So, it’s probably going to be awhile.
