The interactive Halloween attraction, Pumpkin Nights, will be returning to Auburn, CA, to help celebrate the season. This marks the second year in a row that the event has been held at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn.

According to KCRA, Pumpkin Nights is a attraction set up as a walk-through tour. Guests journey through multiple different areas, each having their own theme and decorated by hundreds of glowing pumpkins. Jenny Ramirez, a spokesperson for the event, explained the premise of the event. “This is not your ordinary pumpkin patch, it’s about bright, not fright.” Ramirez added that over 3,000 real and artificial pumpkins make up the unique and colorful family-friendly display.

During its first year, 35,000 people gathered to Pumpkin Nights, over the course of its 18-day run. This year, guest turnout is reportedly expected to reach 45,000 or more.

The event kicks off Wednesday, October 17, and continues through November 4. Just like its name, Pumpkin Nights open their doors for guests every night from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
