An explosion in a Roseville home on Tuesday morning has left one person dead and another injured.

According to KCRA 3, the blast took place sometime before 9:30 a.m., and police are deeming it suspicious. The house is located on the corner of Hazeltine Lane and Eagle Springs Place, and it is within a gated community.

Right now, it appears the explosion occurred inside the home’s garage. When police arrived on the scene, the garage was completely on fire. However, the fire department was able to prevent the blaze from spreading to other areas of the house. Also, it doesn’t appear that any other homes in the area suffered damage from the blast or the resulting fire.
