Sacramento Public Libraries are starting a program to help teens cut down on cost to attend prom. The libraries are offering free formal attire that students can borrow. What a wonderful idea!

The libraries hope that community-donated clothes will help hundreds of students attend prom. Thirteen library locations in Sacramento are participating.

The clothes range from dresses, suits, accessories, and shoes of all sizes. Teens only need to bring their student ID to have access, reports ABC10.
