This Sacramento Man Didn’t Like His Beer, So He’s Suing the Beer Company!

This man didn’t like his beer, and he has a legitimate reason to file a class-action lawsuit against the company!

This sounds pretty hilarious, but according to SacBee.com, this man from Sacramento is so angry about the taste of his beer that he has filed a federal lawsuit against the company itself! Brandon Peacock was trying this new beer called Olympia, which has advertised that the beer’s water comes from Tumwater, Washington. However he found out that the beer is actually brewed in the San Gabriel Valley city of Irindale. The slogan of the beer literally says “It’s the Water”, so in my opinion he has a right to sue for false advertisement! This could possibly turn into a class-action lawsuit.
