Sacramento’s Women’s March Is Tomorrow, Jan. 20

Tomorrow, Jan. 20, marks Sacramento’s Women’s March. People all over the country are coming together this weekend for the Women’s March. Join in the movement for social change in this women-led march!

The march begins at 10 a.m. at Southside Park and ends at 3 p.m. at the Capitol Building.

The event will include speeches from keynote speakers Adama Iwu, Samantha Corbin, and Alicia Lewis. Adama Iwu and Samantha Corbin co-founded the We Said Enough Foundation. The foundation aims to eliminate bullying, harassment, and assault in all forms. Alicia Lewis is the Director of Programs & Outreach of the foundation. The march also includes a number of rally speakers.

The march is free to attend, but the event organizers ask that attendees register online so they can prepare appropriate accommodations.
