For many people, meal prepping is often a desired habit, but can be difficult to follow through on. Target aims to fix that with the launch of their new food line.

According to elite daily, Target’s new, ‘Archer Farms’ food line will allow customers to mix and match items to prepare handmade meals more easily. These meal items will reportedly be both cost-effective and require minimal effort for people to make a variety of different meals. Many of the food items can either be quickly microwaved, or eaten as-is. Items range from parmesan chicken cutlets to mushroom kale ravioli.

Target has stated that they developed this food line as a way to solve customer’s problems of deciding what quick and delicious meals they can prepare for dinner. They described their new meals as: “…trend-forward and globally inspired dinnertime, lunchtime and anytime options,” and went on to say that: “we got to work creating an expansive array of delicious new items, including ready-to-heat meats, salads, pasta, sides and soups—all priced between $2.99 and $8.99! And they’re all available at your local Target now.”
