Obviously it’s nothing like the tornadoes we see in the movies, but in California, when you hear that a tornado touched down and caused damage, you start to freak out a little. We’ve been having quite a few storms come through Sacramento proper lately, and yesterday might have been crazier than normal. According to Yuba County Sheriff Department, a tornado touched down on Toyota Amphitheater in Wheatland just before 6:45 p.m. and knocking over objects and ripping through tarps. No crazy damage, but still, damage done by a tornado in an amphitheater that we plan on seeing acts like Rascall Flatts, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, and Jason Aldean! SacBee.com has the full story. John from Lincoln took this video of the of the tornado yesterday.
