This is really cool!  Opry City Stage in the heart of Times Square in New York City. 28,000 square feet of dining and performance space. Two stages and it opens today. Locash for New Years Eve anyone? How does this sound? Pimento cheese dip, a biscuit basket, smoked corn chowder, a Nashville hot chicken sandwich on a brioche bun and a dish called “Honky Tonk” brisket, ribs, cheddar sausage, pulled pork, chicken, skillet corn, macaroni and cheese and hush puppies served with coleslaw, pickles and Texas Toast. Also “Hopry,” by Nashville’s Yazoo Brewery.
