Now here’s something we didn’t know we needed to hear until now: Zac Brown Band covering “The Bare Necessities.”
The band chose to perform the song for Mickey’s 90th Spectacular, which ran on ABC on Nov. 4. As many know, the song features in the 1967 Disney film, The Jungle Book.
It’s always a delight to hear our favorite artists cover familiar songs, and Zac Brown Band, of course, nailed it. They gave the tune a bit of their own unique flair, and it sounds amazing.

According to The Boot, the TV special was hosted in celebration of Mickey Mouse’s 90th birthday. As expected, it was a star-studded affair with Kelsea Ballerini, Kristen Bell, and Josh Groban among attendees.
