It seems like there’s always something new to try in Sacramento. And at the end of this month, you can add a brewery to that list! Alaro Brewing announced their grand opening in the former Rubicon Brewing Co. building later this month.
Alaro Brewing Announces Official Opening Date
June 30 is the official open date for the Spanish-style brewery and restaurant. Sacramento Bee provides a lot of reasons to be excited about the new spot.
One of the owners, Annette Ballestero, co-founded River City Brewing Co. Plus, head brewer Chris Keeton spent five years with Rubicon Brewing Co. Additionally, executive chef Jason Azevedo worked at Hock Farm Craft & Provisions, and sous chef David Santana used to be with The Waterboy. So, yeah, the Alaro Brewing team is familiar with Sacramento and has a lot of experience.
You can look forward to IPAs, pale ales, stouts, porters, pilsners and seasonal beers. Plus, Alaro Brewery will have local and Spanish wine and most importantly, TAPAS!
