Ben Haggard is a dad! He and his girlfriend of seven years, Jeyda Beyzade, welcomed their baby boy, Liam James, on June 29. Looks like the Haggard line lives on.
Haggard posted a picture of himself on Instagram holding his son and wrote, “Our lives changed for the better yesterday.”

Beyzade also posted an announcement on Facebook, going into more detail about the delivery. She wrote:
“After 48 hours of attempting a natural birth, I was rushed into an Emergancy C section. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done and I tried everything until my options were exhausted to have him naturally. It got really scary and I wasn’t doing well yesterday but never the less we had a healthy baby boy! Liam James Haggard was born at 2:13pm weighing 9 pounds and 6 ounces. Daddy is one happy man, I couldn’t have done it without him.. he was in it for the long haul. I feel so blessed to have these two and to finally hold our baby boy.”
This entire experience has been one of the hardest but yet most rewarding in my life. I am dealing with a lot of anxiety…

Sounds Like Nashville reports the couple first announced the pregnancy back in November and have giving frequent updates.
