Best Friends Square Off To Get To State Championship. Watch What Happens.

Two high school seniors squared off to see who would get to the big state championship game. But something bigger happened.

Ty Koen and Jack Kocon have known each other since their little league days in Minnesota.  According to si.com they were teammates for a lot of years until they went to separate high school.  Ty is a senior at Mounds View High School, and Jack a senior at Totino-Grace.   Saturday the two teams faced each other.  On the line was a trip to the state championship.   In the last inning Mounds View was ahead and needed one more out for what could be the school’s biggest win.  On the mound pitching was Ty Koen.  The hitter was his best friend, Jack Kocon.  With 2 strikes and Jack trying to extend the game watch what happens.

Years from now nobody will remember the score.  But they will remember what happened right after the game ended.  Friendship wins!
