This is the best story of the week, and it’s only Tuesday. Bill Ray Cyrus was gifted a bong (yes, a BONG) for his birthday by daughter Noah’s boyfriend Lil Xan. The 21-year-old rapper posted a pic of the two of them with the paraphernalia, a container of marijuana, and pre-rolls.

As if that wasn’t bizarre enough, Xan captioned the post, “Had to get dad a present ya dig!”

He called him DAD. And he included a broken heart emoji. Lol what? I never thought I’d see the day. But I love it. It’s comical.
