Couple Evacuated During Carr Fire Returns Home To Note From Firefighter!
Susan and Jeff Grant were told, “Get out, now!” Their house in Old Shasta was in the direct path of the Carr fire. That was over a week ago. Yesterday they were allowed back to their home and what they found surprised them.

Susan and Jeff Grant were told, “Get out, now!” Their house in Old Shasta was in the direct path of the Carr fire. That was over a week ago. Yesterday they were allowed back to their home and what they found surprised them. Their home was fine. Sunnyskyz.com says there was a hand-written note on their front door from a fireman.
Susan and Jeff have a special message for firefighter Ray B:
