Dan + Shay were the musical guests on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today, March 1. They performed their wildly popular hit, “Tequila.”

According to Nash Country Daily, Dan said of the song:

“We’re really proud of the way the lyrics turned out on this one. We feel like the message takes people back to a certain place.”

Dan co-wrote the song with Jordan Reynolds and Nicolle Galyon.
