Dolly Parton recently expressed enthusiastic interest in collaborating with Reba McEntire on music soon.
As the two most successful and legendary female country artists, you’d think that they’d collaborate more often! As Nash Country Daily points out, they have a combined 10 Grammy Awards, 16 CMA Awards and 19 ACM Awards. That’s quite impressive.

Perhaps the most notable joint appearance the two have made was back in 2005. Parton guest starred on McEntire’s popular show, Reba. Since then, there hasn’t really been any collaborations between the two.
However, Parton thinks it’s about time that should change!
“Reba and I have often talked about working together or doing a TV show together,” she said in a recent interview. “We certainly—through the years—should have done something together, [a TV show] or just to do a movie or something, but we certainly should sing something together.”
Yes, please!!
