Drive-Thru Pizza Joint Coming To Citrus Heights

Fast food PIZZA? Oh, it’s happening thanks to a new drive-thru restaurant planned in Citrus Heights.

“The main focus isn’t to compete with pizza restaurants. It’s to compete with hamburgers and tacos,” owner Mercer Tyson said.

Citrus Heights Sentinel also quotes Mercer as saying, “When you drive down the street, instead of getting a burger, you get a pizza and a coke.”

California Quick Slice will take over an old gas station building on the corner of Auburn and Antelope. It’ll feature slices available via drive-thru or take-and-bake.

But if that wasn’t enough for you, the they’ll also serve coffee, shakes, a dessert and breakfast ‘zas. All of the yes!

So, I just need to know—when will this place open in Citrus Heights?
