Edible Cookie Dough Company Looking To Open In Westfield Galleria At Roseville

There’s a good chance you’ve seen the viral video of an edible cookie dough shop in New York. But, you might be able to make your own video soon! Dough by the Spoon is eyeing a location in Westfield Galleria at Roseville.

Sacramento Business Journal says that Dough by the Spoon is still negotiating a lease. However, they are currently hiring for a part-time assistant baker in Roseville. The cookie dough will be made without eggs, which is why you can safely eat it raw. The owners are hoping to have everything sorted out for a November 1 opening at a spot in the food court.

Additionally, the restaurant plans to serve ice cream sandwiches.
