UPDATE: How to donate to the family of Deputy Brian Ishmael

The California Highway Patrol Credit Union has established a fund for the family of Deputy Brian Ishmael of the El Dorado Sheriff’s Department who was killed in the line of duty on Wednesday October 23rd. Deputy Ishmael leaves behind a Wife and three young children. To contribute to the fund, click here.

El Dorado County Sheriff’s Deputy Brian Ishmael was killed in the line of duty early this morning.  Brian was a 4 year veteran of the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department and worked for the Placerville Police Department before that.  Officer Ishmael leaves behind his wife and three children.  Here is the latest from the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department on what happened.
