More bad news for Ettore’s Bakery and Cafe. This summer the company announced they’d be filing for bankruptcy. Then, in July they closed their Roseville bakery. Now it looks like they’ll be shutting down their production facility in Natomas.

According to CBS 13, the business expanded too quickly and wasn’t able to keep up with the costs. All of the production will now be out of the Fair Oaks location.

“The burden was so big that we couldn’t make it, you know?” said Ettore Ravazzolo, owner. “After yesterday, talking with the attorney, we really couldn’t continue the way we’ve been continuing.” They are currently trying to find positions for Natomas employees.
