Here’s What’s Getting Demolished In Downtown Disney To Make Room For New Hotel

The businesses will close by June 30, although some may shutter their doors before then. The hotel has yet to be named, according to The OCR, but will take up 17 acres.

So what will cease to be there this summer? That would be the following:

• AMC 12 Theatres
• Rainforest Cafe
• ESPN Zone
• Earl of Sandwich
• Alamo Rent-a-Car
• Starbucks (west side location)

Apparently there are some negotiations still in progress. Which means that the stores could open somewhere else. We just have to wait and see.
