Just a few days after taking home the coveted Entertainer of the Year title at the 2018 ACM Awards on Sunday (April 15), Jason Aldean was back on his media blitz for his new album, Rearview Town. On Tuesday night (April 17), Aldean graced the stage at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to perform his current single, “You Make It Easy.”
