Kelly Clarkson Supports Carrie Underwood’s Openness About Miscarriage
Kelly Clarkson recently voiced her support and admiration for Carrie Underwood, after the country music star opened up about the miscarriages she suffered through before her recent pregnancy announcement.

With Carrie Underwood’s recent revelation that she suffered through three miscarriages within the span of two years, people everywhere have been quick to show their support. One of these supporters has been Underwood’s good friend and fellow American Idol star, Kelly Clarkson.
According to Popsugar, Kelly Clarkson revealed in an interview that she was extremely happy for Underwood’s pregnancy news. “I’m so happy for her!” Kelly said. “I didn’t know a lot of the situations that were happening behind the scenes.”

Alongside her joy for Carrie Underwood’s happy news, Clarkson also expressed her support and admiration for Carrie’s strength and openness about the difficult journey. “I have a lot of friends who have gone through that several times as well,” Kelly explained in the interview. “It’s a really cool thing Carrie did. It’s so important that you talk about it… it makes women who feel inferior, or feel like something’s wrong with them, it makes them feel comfortable, and know that people go through it.”
