SANTA RITA, Guam – A 2016 Elk Grove High School graduate and Elk Grove, California, native builds and fights around the world as a member of a naval construction battalion center located on the island of Guam.

Construction Electrician 3rd Class Colin Ross is serving with the 30th Naval Construction Regiment.
