Dierks Bentley revealed in a rather nonchalant manner that he and Luke Bryan won’t be hosting the ACM Awards.
During a Q&A session at Country Radio Seminar in Nashville, a photo of Luke and Dierks hosting came on screen. Dierks said:
“That’s over… We got fired. Is that not common knowledge?”
Dierks’ manager and the ACM also confirmed with Billboard that the news is true. So Dierks and Luke really won’t be returning to host for a third year. The new host information is coming out in the next 2-3 weeks.
The award show takes place on Apr. 15 in Las Vegas.
