Meet Zsa Zsa, The World’s Newest Ugliest Dog [PICS]

Congrats! I guess. An English bulldog with an oddly long tongue won the 2018 World’s Ugliest Dog contest, the AP reports. 9-year-old Zsa Zsa won the title Saturday night at the Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds and from the pics, looks proud! The dog’s owner, Megan Brainard, will receive $1,500. Nice!
