Mother Of Woman Beaten At Elk Grove Fireworks Stand Talks With Pat And Tom (Audio)

Cindy Mullen watched three men beat her daughter, drag her and then run over her.  Cindy was the first person to reach Mischele and thought, “I’m running to my dead daughter.”

This happened in Elk Grove at the fireworks stand where the mother and daughter were working.  A fireworks stand that raises money for adults with disabilities.
