New Sac RT Route To Airport Will Be Free In January

Why pay for a taxi or an Uber ride to SMF when you can ride this new RT route for FREE?

KCRA.com says that the new Regional Transit route to SMF will start on Sunday. The article says that the routes will have stops every 30 minutes and will run seven days a week! The route is being called “the airport express service” and will be picking people up from several stops downtown and will run from 3:24 a.m. until midnight. 

And here’s the best part – Regional Transit is letting people try out the new route for FREE through Jan. 31! After that, the route will only cost $2.50/one way.
