Halloween is October 31st, right? Or should the date change every year to fall on the last Saturday in October? So far more than 60,000 people have signed the Change.org petition that was started by the Halloween & Costume Association. They say the main reason for the change is to improve safety for kids when they are out trick or treating. What do you think? — Joey
