PG&E May Shut Off Power For Almost 800,000 Customers

34 counties may be affected by this power outage.

PG&E is warning customers across Northern and Central California that may be shutting off power, due to potential widespread wind. This power outage could last until Monday night (10/14).

Due to the potential strong and dry wind starting Wednesday morning, the National Weather Service has also issued a fire weather watch through the middle of the week.

PG&E may begin turning off power after midnight on Wednesday.
