Even after her appearance on The Voice, RaeLynn and Blake Shelton remained close with the latter taking the new star on tour with him last year.

The 24-year-old had the amazing opportunity to be an opening act for Shelton’s Doin’ It To Country Songs Tour in 2017. RaeLynn got a taste of the last generation’s country through that experience. Now, she’s taking on the new country wave in 2019 when she embarks on Kane Brown’s Live Forever Tour. It’ll mark his first headlining arena tour, reports The Boot.

As a member of new country, Brown selected new artists to serve as his openers. Jimmie Allen, Danielle Bradbery, and Granger Smith will be on the road with Brown and RaeLynn.

“Of course, when I went out with Blake Shelton, you’re gonna have that older demographic that’s been listening to country music for a long time, and then you’re gonna have that newer demographic as well,” RaeLynn deliberated. “But at Kane’s shows, I know it’s gonna be a really fun, young, party energy. Of course, I know we have a few older listeners, but a lot of our listeners are younger, so I think that rowdiness is definitely gonna be at these shows.”

It sounds like she expects a different kind of energy on the upcoming tour. It should be a lot of fun!
