Random Pigeons in Las Vegas Spotted Wearing Cowboy Hats

Ok and this is what happens when marijuana is legalized in a place like Las Vegas LOL.

There is a video going around that has a pigeon located somewhere in Las Vegas that is wearing cowboy hats.

Unfortunately, nobody knows who is doing this and what the reasoning behind it is.

Mariah Hillman, who has nursed many injured pigeons with her Lofty Hopes rescue, told Fox 5 Vegas, “At first, I was like, oh my god that’s cute! Then, I was like, wait a minute – how did they get those hats on there? Did they glue them? And what does that mean for them? Is it something that’s going to impede their flight or attract predators?”

She is now handing out business cards hoping to track down these pigeons that have the cowboy hats on them.
