Sacramento to Have Fastest Apartment Growth Than Any City in the U.S.

This is actually really good news for Sacramento especially if you’re a renter! You may or may not have noticed that rent prices have spiked in the last couple of years. Well there’s hope! Sacramento plans on increasing rental units by about 1,600 within the next year, which is about twice as much as last year. This is also the highest number across the nation in any major city.
