The Sacramento Bee is reporting of the annual ‘most expensive cities’ list – and Sacramento ranked 26th! Actually, we tied with Charlottle, N.C. for the 26th spot.

Our city has increased in pricing by 4.1 percent in the past month and 2.4 percent in the past year. Rent for an average one-bedroom apartment in Sacramento is $1,260, and the average for a two-bedroom is $1,470.
