Sacramento Unified School District Budget Rejected AGAIN

The Sacramento city Unified school District’s Office of Education had a revised budget that they sent to the district Superintendent, and it was once again rejected. They found a way to decrease the deficit for the 2019 year, but was still short $66.5 million by the 2020-2021 school year. The district must now work with a budget review committee, and get the budget for 2020 done by November 8th. Click here for the full story.
